At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document for communication to the Rome Police Headquarters, as required by current laws.
With the exception of Airbnb and Agoda customers, we collect on behalf of the Municipality of Rome the city tax of €6.00 per person per night (up to 10 days max, free for children under 10). Upon your specific request, and only after check-out, we will send you the receipt from the Municipality of Rome. (City Council Resolution No. 255 of 17 July 2023).
Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to organize parties or events.
Please, kindly respect the silence in the condominium between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.
